The Member Services & Events Manager is responsible for the recruitment, retention, and engagement of BOMA Greater Phoenix members. This role focuses on delivering exceptional member experiences, coordinating events and programs, and ensuring the organization meets the evolving needs of its commercial real estate professional members. • 3+ years of experience in association management, membership services, or customer relations. • Benefits: BOMA does not offer health or retirement benefits at this time.
