Reporting to the Director of Recreational Services, the Member Services Manager is responsible for providing quality patron experiences, and assisting with the management of Recreation Center daily operations. • Program Oversight • Oversee all aspects of the Rec Center Memberships Services program, including student, faculty, staff and community access. • Supervise members services related operations including customer service desk and equipment check out. Responsibilities include processing payments, running reports, monitoring, and troubleshooting. This opening is scheduled to accept applicatons through June 18.
