We are a private not for profit business membership organization. The Chamber partners with the Town of Southington and civic organizations to promote positive business and community growth. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Southington, CT for a Membership Programs and Events Coordinator. The MPEC will be responsible for planning and managing programs and events, content creation for social media, securing sponsors and advertisers, providing excellent customer service to members, and effectively communicating with various stakeholders. • Sales experience with a focus on membership growth • Experience in working collaboratively with community partners and local businesses • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus
