Position Overview
We are currently hiring Mobile Bartenders to join our growing team. This is a 1099 independent contractor position, meaning shifts are event-based and scheduled as bookings are confirmed.
This role is ideal for bartenders who enjoy flexibility, variety, and working in dynamic event environments.
As the company grows, there may be opportunities for more consistent scheduling and potential transition into W-2 employment for long-term team members.
Responsibilities
• Set up and break down mobile bar stations at event venues
• Prepare and serve beverages efficiently and professionally
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing bar setup
• Provide excellent customer service to guests and clients
• Follow event-specific menus, timelines, and service standards
• Communicate with team leads and adapt to event flow as needed
Requirements
• Prior bartending or relevant service industry experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays
• Reliable transportation to event locations
• Ability to lift and transport light to moderate equipment
