Motorsports Event Coordinator, Seasonal Role

As a Motorsports Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting with the planning and execution of grassroots marketing efforts, including traveling to various events to interact with consumers and assist with event planning. • Support members of the Hy-Vee INDYCAR Race Weekend team throughout the event season with tasks such as display load in, hospitality setup, event ceremonies, etc. • High integrity and confidentiality. • Effective interpersonal skills and ability to work in a role that requires clerical and organizational skills, as well as initiative and flexibility.
