Mugwump Productions is seeking an in-house floral designer to work closely with our team and clients to create beautiful, creative event and wedding floral designs! What you will be doing:Design and build floral arrangements.Prepare proposals and cost sheets.Maintain floral room, keeping necessary supplies stocked and clean.Provide on-site floral assistance with weddings and events.Build and maintain client and vendor relationships.Assist with floral and non-floral creative design and development.Professionally represent Mugwump Productions and Sight & Sound Productions.Your experience and skills include:Floral design experience required.Highly organized with the ability to work on multiple projects at a time.Proficient in creating budgets and the understanding of profit/loss statements.Strong verbal and written communication skills.General computer / office skills.A desire to learn the event industry.Your team and working environment:Sight & Sound Productions / Mugwump Productions is based in Jacksonville, FL. This is an in-person position, and you will be working in our newly built building conveniently located near the Town Center (off 295 & Beach Blvd.). Flexibility to WFH on occasion is also available.
