Night Time Event Coordinator

This role involves coordinating, and overseeing a multiple nighttime events during the conference, in support of the production team. The ideal candidate will have established relationships within the Minneapolis and St. Paul music scene, experience in communicating with multiple event stakeholders (venue production, artists and their team) and have exceptional organizational skills, information oversight, with a passion for live music and event planning. Oversees all evening programming during a music industry conference, including coordination with participating venues and night-time activation logistics. Oversees night time show details as it relates to the conference schedule and website. Manages happy hour events in non-programming venues and supports evening logistics.
