The manager will also play a key role in managing aspects of the North America Events tentpole client and employee events. Event & Tradeshow Planning and Coordination: • Oversee all aspects of exhibitor delivery including services and managing sponsorship deliverables across the North America portfolio. • Monitor expenditures and provide regular financial reports to Director, NA Events. • Research, request quotes for, and order marketing materials & promotional items. Qualifications: • 5 or more years of relevant event work experience with a bachelor's degree • Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) Certification preferred • Direct event management experience supporting trade shows and small networking events • Knowledge of Payments industry or event experience at Fintech organization a plus • Proficient in MS suite of products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); savvy with technology with a data-focused mindset • Able to manage basic graphic design tasks (resize images, cropping, etc.)
