The duties of the job are varied and include: reception and phone/mail/package management; keeping the kitchen clean and stocked; running errands; ordering office supplies; database management; assisting with scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and travel arrangements; scanning and printing; light bookkeeping; project support tasks; and coordinating office celebrations and events (“Cruise Direction”).
