Office Manager & Event Planner

What We Are Looking For Office Management: • Oversee general office operations, including supplies management, vendor coordination, and facility maintenance • Serve as the first point of contact for staff and visitors • Maintain office policies and procedures, ensuring they align with company goals • Manage office budgets and track expenditure • Coordinate with HR, Business Operations, and other departments to ensure smooth operations The minimum qualifications you’ll need • Bachelor’s degree • 3+ years of experience in office management and/or event planning • Strong organizational and time-management skills • Excellent written and verbal communication • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace, with advanced skills in Powerpoint/ Google Slides • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment We are a high growth company with accelerating hiring needs so there’s a great chance we’ll be able to create a custom role for you, now or in the future.
