On-Site Coordinator / Event Décor Team Member

Responsibilities • Oversee on-site logistics and event flow • Manage vendor coordination (catering, entertainment, rentals, etc.) • Assist with event décor setup and breakdown (tablescapes, florals, signage, installations, etc.) • Act as the point of contact for vendors and clients during the event • Ensure event spaces are styled to the highest standard • Troubleshoot issues and provide quick solutions on-site • Work collaboratively with the event and décor team Job Types: Part-time, Contract Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
