Ashley Hurlburt Events is a small business wedding and event planning company focused on helping couples plan and execute their weddings in the least complicated and most sustainable way possible. As part of the events team, you will have many different responsibilities on the day of an event, the most common including: • Supporting the lead event coordinator • Assisting with setup of decor • Troubleshooting issues that arise • Serving as a point of contact for vendors, the couple, and the wedding party • Managing the guests' experience throughout the night Qualifications: • Strong organizational and time management skills • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure • Attention to detail • Ability to handle last-minute requests and changes gracefully • Previous event or customer service experience is preferred • Access to a vehicle on event days is preferred but not required • Flexibility to work weekends and long hours on event days Must be able to stand for duration of shift and lift up to 50lbs with assistance Org: Ashley Hurlburt Events Contact: Ashley Zarnowski Web: www.ashleyhevents.com Email: [email protected]
