Assists Director, Convention Services, with the billing for all catering, audio visual equipment, labor, security, and other costs associated with all meetings and events held on the Fenton campus. 20% DINING/CATERING/VENDING: Supports the Director of Convention Services by providing management assistance with all aspects of food services (dining/catering/vending) on the Maritz Fenton North and South campuses. • Able to work flexible schedule.
