We’re looking to hire a Operations Event Coordinator for a Fortune 500 fintech client. This is a 6 – month contract + extension. This includes managing rooming lists, coordinating with hotels on room block availability, handling reservation adjustments and last-minute changes, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
