Parks Event Coordinator (Division of Parks and Recreation)

The purpose of this classification is to organize, develop and supervise specialty recreation programs and activities for any assigned location or facility. The purpose of this position is to develop, coordinate and supervise events, generate estimates, and execute events and rental reservations with internal and external customers at the Encore, Embry, Lowenthal and Studio event and rental spaces at Pam Miller Downtown Arts Center and in Phoenix Park. It also assists with supporting events and activities in other spaces within Pam Miller Downtown Arts Center and Phoenix Park. This will add opportunity for a minimum of 200 bookings per year in the five spaces. This position will be responsible for the bookings and for maintaining the schedule for the stage at Phoenix Park.
