Part Time Event Coordinator

Holly Street Sales Co. is a marketing company looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Event Coordinator to join our growing team. This part-time position offers the flexibility of remote work with occasional in-office collaboration at our downtown Phoenix location, with significant opportunity for increased hours as you grow with the company. Responsibilities • Proactively reach out to potential clients and venues through phone calls and other outreach methods • Serve as the primary point of contact for all event communication and booking • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, venues, and event partners • Successfully book events for our sales representative team to execute • Actively sell and secure event opportunities, maximizing our team's calendar • Follow up consistently with leads and maintain a strong pipeline of event opportunities • Coordinate all booking details and communicate event information to our sales rep team • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the booking process • Maintain accurate records and documentation of all bookings and client interactions • Attend in-office meetings 1-2 times per month at our downtown Phoenix location Required Qualifications • Currently reside in the Phoenix Metro area • Proven sales background or experience in a sales-related role • Exceptional customer service skills with a client-focused approach • Strong organizational and time management abilities • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients • Comfortable with high-volume phone outreach and cold calling • Self-motivated and driven to pursue leads independently • Reliable transportation to attend monthly in-office meetings in downtown Phoenix Compensation & Benefits • Base pay of $17.50 per hour • Commission structure on successfully booked events • Starting at 15 hours per week with opportunity to increase hours as you grow with the company • Flexible scheduling with remote work options • Opportunity for advancement within Holly Street Sales Co.
