This position will work closely with the Director of Operations, event staff, vendors, community partners, and other stakeholders to bring event plans to life. Assist with the development, planning, and coordination of events and activities for Father Matters and The Gathering Place Outdoor Market. Ensure event staff and key partners are informed of schedules, responsibilities, changes, and event expectations. Ability to coordinate multiple tasks, deadlines, vendors, and event details simultaneously. Ability to remain professional and solution-focused in a fast-paced environment.
