Program Development: Collaborate with staff and committee members to develop event agendas, select topics/speakers, and organize sessions that align with the association's goals and interests. Sponsorship and Exhibitor Management: Coordinate and manage exhibit booth requirements, develop sponsorship opportunities, and manage relationships with sponsors and exhibitors to ensure their needs are met and their contributions are recognized at association events. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure events comply with relevant regulations and guidelines, such as health and safety regulations. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team and build relationships Schedule: This is a part-time position in Arizona requiring 30 hours per week, with flexibility in work hours.
