Part-Time Event Specialist

You will manage the event process from vendor and venue proposal to on-site logistics—ensuring every touchpoint reflects our brand's excellence and safety standards. Operational Excellence: Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with a proven ability to multitask under tight deadlines.Problem Solving: A calm, "boots-on-the-ground" troubleshooter who can handle high-pressure situations and unexpected issues on event day.Communication & Negotiation: Strong interpersonal skills for managing vendor relationships, bidding processes, and internal stakeholder expectations.Flexibility: Ability to travel as needed and work extended or non-traditional hours to accommodate event schedules.Industry Knowledge: Understanding of trade show services and logistics (Proptech industry experience is a significant plus).Physical Requirements: Able to lift 25+ lbs. Experience: 2+ years of professional event planning experience, specifically within corporate events and trade shows.Portfolio: A documented portfolio of previously hosted events is highly preferred to demonstrate scale and quality.Technical Logistics: Hands-on experience managing show services, labor, and rigging requirements.Travel Requirements: Willingness to occasionally travel to event locations to oversee setup and execution (expected 2-4 times/year). For applicants located in California, the expected hourly rate for this part-time role is $31.00 per hour.
