Job Summary Plan and execute marketing events such as trade shows and customer events Coordinate event logistics, including registration, attendee tracking, and reporting Manage event materials, presentations, and pre/post-event evaluations Procure and coordinate vendor services for events Organize facility setup, exhibits, equipment, and catering requirements Provide on-site event support to ensure smooth execution Research and evaluate potential event locations and venues Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders Build strong working relationships with peers, customers, and vendors Present project updates and event-related information when required Work Environment Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in event coordination or marketing Strong organizational and project management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively Experience coordinating logistics and vendor management Event planning and coordination Vendor management Logistics and operations management Communication and presentation skills Time management and prioritization Problem-solving and decision-making
