Urban Air is currently seeking a dynamic and passionate Party Coordinator to lead and manage the birthday party department at their Salem location. This full-time role is pivotal in ensuring that every event meets and exceeds guest expectations, contributing directly to the company’s reputation and success. The Party Coordinator acts as the initial point of contact for guests, working closely to design customized party packages that include food, drinks, and engaging attractions suitable for any group type. This role combines creativity, organization, and leadership to train and mentor party staff members while overseeing daily birthday operations.
