Responsibilities

Answer emails, calls and questions regarding party inquiriesSchedule, plan, organize, and execute themed parties and events tailored to guests’ preferences and age groupsWelcome guests warmly, ensuring they feel comfortable and engaged from start to finishLead activities, games, and entertainment segments with enthusiasm, maintaining high energy levels throughout the eventManage guest inquiries, resolve conflicts promptly, and handle any unforeseen issues with professionalismCoordinate with staff for food service, decorations, or entertainment needs to ensure seamless event flowOversee cash handling for ticket sales or party packages with accuracy and integrityEnsure safety protocols are followed diligently, especially when working with children or during active entertainment segmentsSkills

18+Strong conflict management skills to handle challenging situations gracefully and effectivelyExcellent customer service and guest services abilities to create welcoming atmospheres for diverse audiencesExperience with cash handling procedures to manage transactions securelyWorking with children knowledge to engage young guests safely and creatively during kids’ parties is a plusPublic speaking skills to energize crowds and lead group activities confidentlyBackground in food service or hospitality roles enhances your ability to coordinate catering or snack stations effectivelyJoin us as a Party Host / Party Coordinator and turn every celebration into an exciting adventure!
