We are looking for an experienced Events Coordinator to manage the planning and execution of events within our stores. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a positive and engaging atmosphere for our guests by delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth event experience. • Coordinate events including kids birthday parties and craft classes to meet client expectations • Build strong relationships with clients of all ages and provide personalized support • Lead party participants in craft projects and ensure they have a safe and enjoyable experience • Facilitate party add-ons such as goody bags and balloons to enhance the guest experience • Communicate event details with clients and store team members in a clear and concise manner • Perform administrative tasks such as responding to emails and making phone calls in a professional and timely manner Key Qualifications • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
