• Ensure clear communication occurs prior to party to ensure the expectations of the party/event are met, engaging Director when needed. • Conduct party in a safe, engaging manner. Redirect behavior in a positive, encouraging manner, engaging parent/guardian, if need be, to ensure safety is always a priority as well as all participants having a positive experience. • Ensure that support staff are aware of their responsibilities and are carrying them out in a positive manner. • Must be 18 years of age.
