Play and Party Coordinator

Check-in customers and complete customer service tasks related to open play sessions and parties, as neededCook and prepare food for open play sessions and parties, as neededComplete daily cleaning tasks to ensure proper sanitizationAssist in party preparation tasks, such as balloon design, party layout and other party details, as needed.Prepare age appropriate activities for children and carry out tasks related to such activitiesAssist with various tasks and responsibilities during events and parties, including but not limited to: - Assist party host (family) with set up and clean up - Assist with party set up (including decorations and food), as needed - Communicate with host to ensure their needs are met throughout the event/party - Ensure cleanliness and organization during and after event/party - Assist with event/party management and coordination, including setup and teardown - Ensure timeliness of events/parties through maintaining proper flow Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive. What experience do you have working with children?What experience do you have with party design (balloons, set up, etc) and paying attention to details?Open play shifts are M-F from 9:30 am - 3:30 pm and sometimes we have late open play for 2 hours between 4 pm and 8 pm. This position would need to be able to do 2-3 open play sessions per week (9:30 am-3:30 pm) and between to 2-4 parties per week. What experience do you have with cooking tasks?Shift availability:
