The Tradeshow Logistics and Event Coordinator is an asset in the creative support and coordination of shows and events for AtlasIED, and a key individual in ensure a high quality, memorable customer experience at events. The individual will maintain the event calendar, inventory tradeshow stock, support booth design teams, maintain promotional items inventory and collateral, and will promote and represent the AtlasIED brands, while assisting in the building, set up and working of AtlasIED show booths as necessary. The coordinator will ensure that tradeshow and event inventory is maintained, replaced, and upgraded as necessary, shipped on time, delivered with confirmation, and returned as required. Responsibilities: • Will offer creative input for design, layout, graphics, and product placement within tradeshow booth to maximize customer experience and flow at events. • Work as part of an event team, and is responsible for keeping team members informed of any pertinent deadlines and milestones.
