• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Event Management, Business Administration, or a related field required. • Minimum of three (3) years of supervisory experience in banquet operations, events, or food and beverage management required. • Demonstrated knowledge of banquet operations, including event planning, food and beverage service, room setup, and audiovisual coordination. • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, motivate, and develop a diverse team.
