This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic hospitality environment. Minimum of three (3) years of supervisory experience in banquet operations, events, or food and beverage management required. Demonstrated knowledge of banquet operations, including event planning, food and beverage service, room setup, and audiovisual coordination. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, motivate, and develop a diverse team.
