Product Operations Manager

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Product Operations Manager to support our product and engineering teams by owning day-to-day execution, coordination, and delivery of product work. This role is ideal for someone early in their product career, or transitioning into product from Customer Success or Support, who enjoys connecting the dots between customer needs, product development, and internal teams. You’ll work closely with the VP of Product, who owns overall product strategy, and with Engineering to help ensure day-to-day execution runs smoothly. ● Help determine when features are ready for release and assist with release coordination ● 1–3+ years of experience in product operations, product management, customer success, project coordination, or a related role
