Leading, mentoring and developing a team of Producers, Senior Producers, Coordinators and freelance talentOverseeing the successful delivery of large-scale experiential projects from concept through executionActing as a senior client partner, ensuring exceptional service, communication and project deliveryDriving profitability, resource planning, forecasting and operational efficiency across multiple projectsEstablishing and refining production processes, workflows and best practicesCollaborating closely with creative, strategy and client leadership teams to bring ideas to lifeSupporting new business opportunities, RFP responses and pitch developmentHelping shape the future growth, culture and performance of the West Coast team 10+ years' agency-side experience within experiential, events, production or brand experiencesStrong experience across luxury, fashion, beauty, lifestyle or premium consumer brandsA proven track record delivering complex, high-budget projects and activationsExperience managing and developing high-performing teamsStrong commercial acumen with responsibility for budgets, profitability and client growthExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsThe ability to balance strategic leadership with a hands-on approach to delivery
