Production Event Coordinator

This role requires an extremely organized person, creativity, and strong communication skills to effectively manage all event logistics from conception to completion. Experience in the Live Event area is a plus, as well as dealing with city permits and regulations. • Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers to secure the best rates and services. • Knowledge of guest services principles within the hospitality industry. • Experience in event marketing and planning from inception to execution.
