We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Production & Event Manager to oversee day-to-day operations at our Washington, D.C. facility. This role is responsible for managing food production, supervising staff, coordinating catering and outdoor events, maintaining inventory, and ensuring compliance with food safety standards. • Monitor production schedules and ensure timely fulfillment of retail, catering, and delivery orders. • Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant production environment aligned with local and federal food safety regulations. Qualifications: • ServSafe Manager Certification (required) • 3+ years of experience in food production, catering, or commercial kitchen management • Strong understanding of food safety, sanitation, and handling practices • Experience managing events and coordinating logistics for catering services • Comfortable using technology to manage orders, inventory, and team schedules • Excellent organizational and leadership skills with the ability to multitask under pressure • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends for events
