Program Coordinator, Events

You will be working on the back end of our events databases and communications to support the design and execution of compelling event programs that feature top-tier speakers, panel discussions, workshops, and keynotes at the world's largest Bitcoin Conferences. This role offers the opportunity to work on the largest and most impactful Bitcoin events around the world, attended by leaders of nation-states, celebrities, industry executives, developers, investors, and Bitcoin enthusiasts. You’ll Be Doing • Producing high-quality event programming for Bitcoin conferences around the world • Tracking popular developments in the Bitcoin industry to research and reach out to potential speakers • Communicating with current and potential speakers about event logistics and programming details and answering their questions • Working across databases to facilitate smooth communication between conference teams • Working with the marketing team to plan and deliver assets prior to events • Tracking speaker payments and reimbursements across events • Working in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment to coordinate major events with high-level speakers • Meeting with the programming team daily online • Supporting inbound comms to the programming team. • Working with our affiliate program coordinator to help speakers market our events • Traveling to Bitcoin Conferences to manage stages, speakers, and programming with the conference team. • Ability to learn & use new software quickly • Extremely high-level online communication skills • A passion for Bitcoin and our mission towards Hyperbitcoinization • Experience in Bitcoin, event planning, and viral content creation is a plus
