Program Coordinator (Project & Event Management)

Bachelor's Degree.2+ years of experience in program coordination, project coordination, cross-functional stakeholder support, or event logistics within a large corporate environment.Experience coordinating activities across multiple business functions or departments.Strong proficiency with Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, and Copilot.Familiarity with task and milestone tracking tools such as Planner and SharePoint.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Excellent organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple priorities, deliverables, and timelines simultaneously.Experience with event planning, employee engagement, communications, and administrative support.
