Job Location: El Paso, Texas The MCA is looking for a self-motivated, detail-oriented, and creative Innovation Program Coordinator to work collaboratively with the MCA Innovation Center team and external stakeholders to provide exceptional services to innovators, tech startups and SMEs in the life sciences. This position will help develop and promote programs, events, and initiatives that support startups and build the region’s innovation ecosystem. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator with business and marketing experience, project management, and organizational skills. Roles and Responsibilities: • Serve as a critical member of the Innovation Center team by helping to develop, facilitate and execute onsite training, workshops, consultations, and mentoring for Innovation Center companies and prospects, and the public.
