Programs and Event Coordinator

Structure for Success is proud to partner with the National Association of State Contractors Licensing Agencies (NASCLA), a respected Phoenix-based nonprofit organization, in their search for a driven and detail-oriented Program Coordinator to join their growing team. This is a dynamic, hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys juggling multiple responsibilities. You’ll also play a key role in marketing efforts, especially through social media, e-blasts, and webinar campaigns. Although you will mostly be involved with coordinating the Progams, you will also play a supportive role in event execution—from pre-planning and logistics to on-site coordination and post-event wrap-up. Minimum of 2-3 years of program and events experience Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred Prior experience in the nonprofit sector preferred Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to adapt to changing priorities and tasks Self-motivated and tenacious—unafraid of hard work Excellent verbal and written communication skills Experience in social media marketing, e-blasts, and webinar campaigns Comfortable working collaboratively on a team Familiarity with web and mobile technologies Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Smartsheet, Canva, QuickBooks, and Microsoft Office Suite Ability to meet deadlines and thrive under pressure Willingness to travel and attend events in person
