GemPharmatech is currently seeking an organized and detail-oriented Project & Event Coordinator to work out of our San Diego Office in assisting with marketing and event project management. Working under the Marketing Program and Events Manager, you will help GemPharmatech expand its brand recognition across North America and contribute to work internationally. This entry-level role is ideal for someone looking to expand and test their project management capabilities. Key Responsibilities • Maintaining the event calendar to ensure all stakeholders are informed of vital event information and deadlines • Reviewing submissions and securing registration at events • Recording and tracking marketing expenses for budgeting purposes • Vendor and asset management, including working with outside agencies and organizations, as well as organizing local marketing materials • Tracking post event metrics • Execute project management tasks as new projects are created • Updating project management sheets daily • Researching and identifying viable conferences, tradeshows, vendor shows, and symposiums for sales reps to attend • Marketing support as needed related to events • May perform other tasks as assigned · 1 – 2 years of experience in project coordination, event management, or similar role
