Project Event Coordinator

Seeking an organized and proactive Event Planning Coordinator to support the planning and execution of a high-profile three-day executive event in February. • Coordinate logistics and planning activities for a 3-day executive event, including sessions, workshops, and speaker management. • Support executive travel coordination and communication with speakers and attendees. • Must be onsite in Pittsburgh for the duration of the contract.
