As an Events and Promotions Specialist / Assistant , you will play a key role in planning, coordinating, and executing marketing events and trade shows across the region. This is a hands-on position that offers experience in event management, team leadership, and promotional strategy. Key Responsibilities Event Planning amp; Logistics: Manage and execute trade shows, events, and promotional campaigns in collaboration with management Coordinate and lead event staff for smooth operations Oversee setup, breakdown, and management of event displays and inventory Track timelines, budgets, and expenses to ensure successful execution Represent the company at events, ensuring a seamless experience for clients and attendees Team Collaboration amp; Communication: Act as a proactive team leader, supporting colleagues and mentoring new team members Maintain clear and consistent communication with management and staff Document meeting minutes and action items Provide insights and recommendations to improve marketing strategies and event performance Requirements Ability to lead and execute instructions effectively Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently Strong problem-solving skills and solution-driven mindset Positive attitude and ability to enjoy and contribute to a fun work environment Education amp; Experience Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred No prior experience required— training and development provided for the right candidate This is a fantastic opportunity to launch a career in events, marketing, and promotions with a company that encourages creativity, teamwork, and growth!
