The Event Coordinator is responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing every detail of an event, including selecting area/space, managing budgets, coordinating vendors, and ensuring the event runs smoothly on the day, requiring strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication to deliver a successful experience for clients and guests. • Identifying and contracting with vendors as needed. • Identifying and addressing potential issues on the day of the event to maintain a seamless experience. • Excellent verbal and written communication to effectively interact with clients, vendors, and staff.
