Recruiter - Events Planning

Our core product is TITAN: an Impedance Matched Marx Generator (IMG). TITAN is the most efficient and powerful (TW) machine of its kind. Do you know how to create excitement around a company, and launch events that everyone will want to attend? You will be joining an early-stage fusion company. Responsibilities: Map out an in-person recruiting strategy for universities, conferences, and recruiting events all over the US and the world Travel across the country to attend conferences and host events where you attract all the top minds in the fusion space Create and host buzz-worthy events Connect prospective candidates with the right openings Learn our technology well enough to speak about it with experts Minimum Qualifications: At least 4 years of experience in recruiting and/or marketing At least 2 years of experience with event planning or equivalent Onsite in our Bay Area office Ability to travel 50% of the time Preferred Qualifications: University technical recruiting experience
