Recruiting, Development, and Events Coordinator

Hodgson Russ LLP, a regional law firm with two hundred attorneys in nine offices, is seeking a Recruiting, Development, and Events Coordinator to join our busy attorney talent team in our Buffalo office. Excellent customer service and communication skills are required, as are an appetite for learning and a willingness to adapt and pivot when the job demands. You’ll have an opportunity to work... closely with our attorney talent team on all aspects of attorney recruiting, networking events, attorney training programs, and firm-wide events. The successful candidate will have at least three years’ experience in recruiting, events planning, social media marketing or other experience in a law firm or business services sector role and a bachelor's degree in business, liberal arts, or a closely related field. At this time, the good faith estimate of the annual salary range for this position, if the successful applicant is based in Buffalo is $58,000 to $71,200.
