The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing basketball tournaments, with a strong emphasis on driving sales and increasing participation. This role requires a strong understanding of basketball, excellent sales and organizational skills, and the ability to create a positive and engaging experience for participants. Key Responsibilities: • Sales and Participant Acquisition: • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract teams, sponsors, and vendors to our basketball tournaments. • On-Site Event Management: • Supervise and coordinate on-site operations during tournaments, including set-up, game scheduling, scorekeeping, and awards ceremonies. • Proven experience in sales and organizing sports tournaments, preferably in basketball.
