Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Commercial Executive Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to Commercial Executives, Regional Presidents, and extended staff. Key Tasks: • Coordinate calendars and meetings for Commercial Executives and Regional Presidents • Manage regional outside events, including venue scouting and contract negotiation • Produce management reports, presentations, and analysis • Support Regional Executive(s) in tracking Community Support Dollars by Region Requirements: • Bachelor's degree and 4 years of experience or equivalent combination • Banking experience preferred • Strong organizational and customer service skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite • Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
