Water Lantern Festival is seeking Local Event Staff to support on-site operations during Portland events. You’ll help with setup, guest interactions, and teardown, gaining hands-on event experience and teamwork. This role offers part-time, event-based hours and a path to grow into an Event Coordinator role as you learn and lead teams. Ideal candidates are enthusiastic, reliable, and able to lift up to 25 pounds, with weekend availability and a positive, service-oriented attitude.
