Remote Senior Event Planner

Our client, a leader in the hospitality and tourism sector, is seeking an experienced and creative Senior Event Planner to join their fully remote team. This position is responsible for conceptualizing, planning, and executing a wide range of high-profile events, from corporate conferences and trade shows to social gatherings and destination experiences. Key responsibilities include collaborating with clients to understand their event objectives, vision, and requirements. This role involves sourcing and negotiating with venues, caterers, audiovisual providers, entertainment, and other vendors to secure the best services and pricing. You will also be responsible for post-event analysis, including budget reconciliation and client feedback collection, to identify areas for improvement.
