Remote Senior Event Planner

You will be responsible for managing all facets of event logistics, from initial concept development and budgeting to vendor negotiation, execution, and post-event analysis, all while ensuring an exceptional attendee experience. Key responsibilities include collaborating closely with internal stakeholders to define event objectives, themes, and target audiences. You will source and manage relationships with virtual event platforms, AV suppliers, caterers, and other vendors, negotiating contracts and ensuring timely delivery of services. A minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in event planning and management, with a demonstrated track record of planning successful virtual or hybrid events, is required. This role is fully remote, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere within the US, though the ideal candidate is based in or near Sacramento, California, US .
