Representative - Event and Promotions Lead

The Responsibilities

Support the planning, coordination, and execution of promotions, events, and guest engagement initiatives to drive participation and enhance the guest experiencePerform responsibilities related to the Illinois Gaming Board Statewide Voluntary Self-Exclusion Program and other duties as assigned Issue complimentary items and offers to guests based on established play levels and company guidelines Deliver exceptional guest service and build lasting relationships with patrons Execute marketing promotions, special events, and casino activations Ensure compliance with company policies, gaming regulations, and operational procedures Respond to and resolve escalated guest inquiries and concerns in a professional manner Coordinate with the Marketing team to ensure successful execution of promotions and events Conduct drawings and promotional activities using the casino drawing system Maintain accurate inventory records for promotional items, gifts, and gift cards Perform responsibilities related to the Illinois Gaming Board Statewide Voluntary Self-Exclusion Program and other duties as assigned Foster an environment that embodies Bally’s Born to Entertain philosophy by creating a fun-filled, entertaining atmosphere

Compensation

Target Rate: $25.30/Hour

Must be proficient in the entire Microsoft Suite and must be knowledgeable with casino computer systemsMust be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license issued by the Illinois Gaming Board High-level public relations and customer service skills are requiredMust have a working knowledge of table games and slot machinesExcellent written and verbal communications skills are requiredMust be able to work weekends, weeknights, and holidaysMust have a high school diploma or equivalentMust be 21 years of age or older
