Priority Review Date (Note - Posting may close at any time) This is a grant-funded position that will be responsible for scheduling, promotion, logistics, and other aspects of event planning and logistics for a total of 10 in-person events. For the Library to be able to appropriately monitor hours worked, part-time employees are generally asked to restrict their work with the University of Utah to Library employment only, unless an exception is granted. Promotion and communication: • Circulation of surveys for campus researchers and event attendee’s • Develop promotional materials for events • Collaborate with event partners to circulate promotional materials Inquiries about the application of Title IX and its regulations may be referred to the Title IX Coordinator, to the Department of Education, Office for Civil Rights, or both.
