Assist with operational management in restaurant services. • Aid where needed on event setup to adhere to the client’s expectations. • Follow up with client to obtain feedback regarding all facets of an event. • Overseeside work, steps of service, and maintain overall cleanliness/tidiness of the restaurant, including opening and closing side-work. • Engage with tables regularly during service to ensure guest satisfaction.
